I've been struck with the tropical resort vibes that have been going around lately. I love the idea of making tacky lovely. Part of my theory of style is that anything can be stylish and anything can be fashionable, it's a matter of wearing it right and wearing it with confidence. This tropical trend is without doubt an example of turning cheap and tacky into fabulous.

Time to Ketchup
Well It's been a while and I feel really
bad...I guess sometimes I get discouraged and feel like I spend a lot of time
on a fairly unpopular blog. But regardless of my blogging insecurities, I
shouldn't let down those who do read my blog so I'm going to try to make an
effort to start posting more this summer.
BUT FIRST I must catch you up on outfits, hair colors, fun times and so much more so let me bombard you with a sea of awkwardly posed and self timed pictures because that's what style blogging is all about (no shame)
Firstly there was that time I was in a webseries
Technically I'm still a part of the online sitcom but so far we have only filmed the pilot. It's a series of 10 minute episodes about a guy (Jeff) who lives with five girls who drive him crazy. The series is called Whipped and my character (Randi) is small and sassy and is the only one of the girls who really gets along with Jeff.
It is scheduled to air in September but the crew keeps changing the air date so you never know.
Until then, here are some pictures of me on set...

Then (once filming was done because I wasn't
allowed to do it during filming month) there was that time I died my hair
entirely pink...
But as much as I enjoyed telling little girls I was a real
life mermaid, it didn't last long...because Manic Panic doesn't last very long.
One day I will have the mulah for a professional dye.
Then there was that time my boyfriend showed up at my trailer to take me on a date and looked too cute to not mention...

Then I bought these dope combat boots from the Army Surplus Store
Here's a silly picture of me in a babydoll dress walking my dog in Davis, CA while visiting my guy...
Oh yeah...and THEN there was that time my friend Matt and I painted my trailer to look like the Wild Thornberry's RV...
Granted, it still needs some work, but I must admit It really brings out my adventurous side.
Then there was that time My boyfriend and his adorable parents Invited me to go to Tahoe with them for the weekend...
aaaand currently I'm spending the next three weeks in my hometown working at a speech/debate/acting day camp by day, and spending most of my nights trying to figure out how in the world to wear this tacky but fabulous "CHANEL" shirt I got at a thrift store for $0.50...
There's a chance that most of you hate it immediately, but if I want to successfully continue to follow my own theory of style and fashion, I will definitely prove you wrong.
More to come soon!
